Work Experience
- An Post (Dublin)
I was responsible for campaign performance across platforms to optimise marketing and improve user engagement.
I also collaborated with teams to align campaigns with business goals and guide content/creative direction using data insights.
- Bank of Ireland (Dublin)
I collected and segmented audience data from CRM systems for targeted campaigns.
Occasionally, I would analyse campaign data to provide reports on performance, ROI, and customer trends using Excel.
- SE2 LLC (Waterford)
Rotated through various IT teams to gain hands-on experience in different areas (e.g., reporting, software development).
